Coach Jeremy Cochran is a highly experienced and dedicated lacrosse coach with a passion for guiding young athletes to reach their full potential. With over 20 years affiliation with the sport, Coach Jeremy was already playing collegiate football when he began playing lacrosse in college in 1998, where he quickly developed a love for the game. Upon graduating from college, Coach Jeremy transitioned from being a player to a coach, devoting his time and expertise to coaching children and young adults in lacrosse. Over the years, Coach Jeremy has worked with numerous teams and individuals, instilling in them a deep understanding and appreciation for the game. As a versatile coach, Coach Jeremy has successfully coached both boys and girls lacrosse teams, demonstrating his strong knowledge and understanding of the sport across genders. This unique experience has provided him with valuable insights into how to effectively communicate and connect with players of different backgrounds and abilities. Coach Jeremy's leadership qualities have been evident throughout his coaching career. He has held positions as the program director and Co-Director of two successful lacrosse programs, where he played a crucial role in shaping the development of young athletes. Through these roles, Coach Jeremy has had the opportunity to enhance not only the technical skills of his players but also their overall understanding of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. One of Coach Jeremy's key strengths lies in his understanding of child psychology and the importance of athletics in a child's growth and development. With a compassionate approach, he creates a supportive and motivating environment for his players, fostering their self-esteem, resilience, and determination. Coach Jeremy believes that by instilling a love for the game and nurturing a positive mindset, young athletes can overcome challenges and achieve success both on and off the field. With his extensive experience, versatile coaching approach, and focus on holistic player development, Coach Jeremy continues to inspire and mentor the next generation of lacrosse players. 

 Coach Maria boasts an extensive background in lacrosse, accumulating over 12 years of experience both as a player and coach. Her lacrosse journey commenced in the 8th grade, and despite a late start, she swiftly elevated her lacrosse IQ and honed her skills. During her four years playing at Kell High School, Coach Maria garnered recognition through awards such as the Valuable Midfielder Award, the Hustle Award, and the Coach's Choice Award. 

Transitioning to the collegiate level at Life University, Coach Maria exhibited her dedication by playing women's lacrosse for a commendable 5 years. Her outstanding contributions earned her the esteemed title of team captain for 2 years. Coach Maria's accolades continued to accumulate, including being named IWLCA Offensive Player of the Week on five occasions, Defensive Player of the Week, securing a spot on the NAIA All-Tournament Team, and earning a position on the all Mid-South Conference 2nd Team. 

Throughout her collegiate career, Coach Maria achieved recognition as a Second Team All American and a (2x) First Team All American. Concluding her collegiate journey, Coach Maria received the Offensive Player of the Year award twice. Beyond her personal achievements, Coach Maria has actively contributed to the lacrosse community by assisting with various camps and teams. Her coaching experience spans Nike Lacrosse Camps, Kell High School, and the Angels With Attitude Club Team.
